Blirt’s successes in content marketing within Salesforce Pardot qualified us to produce this campaign for one of the top buyers agents out of Melbourne; Cohen Handler. As the Art Director and lead designer for all of the campaign assets, I designed the central component of the campaign which was the book ‘How to By Property and Win Every Time’ plus the main lead generation landing page and auto-responder.
In addition to the core campaign assets, I also produced five brochures, four email templates (design & code), two more landing pages, display ads, and built out Pardot drip programs designed to nurture eight different customer types.
When the highly targeted ‘cost per lead’ media plan was switched on, the volume of leads was proving overwhelming for a sales team not accustomed to letting a marketing automation system bring the best leads to the top. A quick refresher by one of our top consultants soon had the sales team making the right phone calls at the right time.
